Request a Quote
To get started, submit a detailed quote request through our website. You'll need to describe exactly what you need done—whether it’s lawn care, painting, or any other service we offer. Be as specific as possible. To ensure we can provide an accurate estimate, you must also upload at least 10 clear photos of the area where the work will be performed, as well as the time and date you wish to have the work done. These photos help us assess the scope of the job and allow us to calculate the necessary time, labor, and materials needed.
We Review & Estimate
Once we receive your request and photos, our team will review the information thoroughly. We then generate a fixed quote based on the nature of the job, estimated time to complete, labor involved, and the cost of any tools or materials required. If you are not providing the materials or tools, the cost to supply them will be included in the quote. This quote is designed to be as accurate and transparent as possible, with no hidden fees or surprise charges later.
Accept the Quote & Submit a Down Payment
After reviewing the quote, you can choose to move forward by accepting it. At that point, a 20% down payment is required to secure your booking. This down payment allows us to assign a contractor, schedule the job, and begin any necessary prep work. The remaining balance will not be due until the job is completed, and you’re fully satisfied with the results.
We Assign a Vetted Contractor
Once the down payment is received, we assign your project to one of our trusted, thoroughly vetted contractors. Each contractor in our network has been screened through a detailed process, including verification of licenses and insurance (where applicable), assessment of previous work, and an evaluation of professionalism and reliability. We handle the matchmaking process, so you don’t have to spend hours researching or calling around.
The Work Gets Done
On your scheduled service day, your assigned contractor will arrive fully prepared with the necessary tools and materials (unless otherwise specified). They will complete the job as outlined in your quote. Once the work is done, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect the results. Only when you're satisfied do you pay the remaining 80% balance. This ensures accountability and gives you peace of mind that the job meets your expectations.
